Long awaited post
This post should have been done months ago...but to be totally honest I forgot all about it. This video shows 2 of my friends Mary Beth and Mark battling it out with Styrofoam swords. Afterward Mary Beth declared that she has now found the secret to getting along with people you don't like to be around. Just beat up someone neutral with a weapon that doesn't really hurt until all of your aggression is out! Take a look...
Amplified
I got Amplified this weekend along with the entire High school and Jr. high population of HPC! We had a weekend on worship and devotion. It would have been complete with out some HPC style outreach! We went to some schools in the inner city and painted, cleaned and planted flowers. It was great to see my group of 7th grade girls give back to the community and work together to get the job done! Here are some pics of the worship service.

Student Visas
I have the honor of helping prepare the way for international interns to come to and study at Elevate. I am working on a project to register Elevate School of Ministry with the government so we can qualify to apply for student visas. It is a BIG deal and will be a HUGE part of spreading the heart of Elevate and HPC across the globe.
I have been reading stuff like this all day long...
Sec. 214.3 Approval of schools for enrollment of F and M nonimmigrants.
(Section heading revised 9/25/02)
(a) Filing petition --
(1) General. A school or school system seeking approval for attendance by nonimmigrant students under sections 101(a)(15)(F)(i) or 101(a)(15)(M)(i) of the Act, or both, shall file a petition on Form I - 17 with the district director having jurisdiction over the place in which the school or school system is located. Separate petitions are required for different schools in the same school system located within the jurisdiction of different district directors. A petition by a school system must specifically identify by name and address those schools included in the petition. The petition must also state whether the school or school system is seeking appr oval for attendance of nonimmigrant students under section 101(a)(15)(F)(i) or 101(a)(15)(M)(i) of the Act or both.
Please pray for me! I know that through God all things are possible...even reading and understanding this application process!!!!

Healing Hands
Most of you know that I am a part of a ministry called Healing Hands with my church. This ministry gives free medical and dental care to patients in 3 different communities a month. We were recently featured on Joyce Meyer's Show. Her ministry blessed Healing Hands with our mobile dental unit. Here is the video that they featured which tells some of the great testimonies that happen becasue of their sacrifices.
Wow, it's been a month...
I can't believe a month has gone by since I posted anything! Bad Heather, bad!
There is now way I can catch you up on everything that has gone on in the past month. There has just been way too much going on. God is moving in such incredible ways! I will try to post some pictures as soon as I am at a computer with all of the right wires! Haha
I feel so incredible loved right now. It is so cool to see the Body of Christ come together. I have been overwhelmed by the support shown to me by my friend, family and past coworkers. They have all come together to help me get to Swaziland and I am so very grateful. God has used them to increase my faith in Him and it is so cool!
There is an intern from a church in Lima, Peru called Comida de Vida here with us for 1 month. I am loving it! Her name is Andrea and we are having a blast. I am learning a lot more Spanish and I can't wait to cook her some Peruvian food! She said, "you know how to cook Peruvian?" haha, I can't let her live on Chick-fil-A and pizza for a whole month!
Prayer Request: Since Elevate is almost over we are all asking ourselves and God what the next chapter of our lives looks like. There are many doors opening all at once and I want to make sure that the one I wal through is the one God has for me. Please be in prayer for me in this transition. I need guidance from the Father and clarity in His plans for my life.
Thank you all for your prayers, love and support. It is really becasue of you that I am free to do what God has called me to. I pray that he blesses each and every one of you for your sacrifices!
